Thank you for your interest in our 2022 NJ Heat Events!  We know that you have numerous choices for your team and we appreciate your consideration when creating your schedules.  All NJ Heat friendlies/tournaments will be played at our 5 field complex at Soldier Memorial Park in Howell, NJ.  We are right off I-195 and convenient to the Parkway and Turnpike.

**Please note that all of our events are now pay at the plate events.  With umpire shortages, this decision was made because it will help us staff our events.  Registration fees were lowered for all events that were previously "umpire included".

Max cost for 4 to 8 team pool will be $600 and if 9 to 16 team pool, max cost will be $660.

 

10U Division

  • 9/17/22 - NJ Heat Friendly to Benefit the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital- Click here for Registration Link!
    • $295 per team + $30/game umpire fee 
      • All proceeds for this event will be donated to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital with a goal of $15,000 this year 
    • 3 Pool games 
  • 10/8-9/22 - NJ Heat Fall Eye of the Storm (B/C/Town level teams ONLY) - Click here for Registration Link!
    • $450 per team + $30/game umpire fee Saturday and $60/game umpire fee Sunday

12U Division

Complex Rules and Team Check-in Process

  • Spectators are not allowed to sit or congregate anywhere behind the dugouts or backstops on any field.
  • Once your game is completed, please vacate the dugout immediately and please make sure teams clean up trash in all player areas prior to vacating the area.
  • All team meetings should be held in common area. 
  • Please place all garbage in the trash cans.

TEAM CHECK-IN AT EVENTS

By participating in this event, Coaches acknowledge and verify that their teams are in COVID compliance and that all players and coaches:

  • Have not presented a fever over 99.5 degrees or higher over last 48 hours
  • Have not been in contact with (6’ or less for 15 minutes or more within 24 hours) with someone that has tested positive for COVID or waiting for results of a COVID test due to showing symptoms
  • Have not had any COVID related symptoms over the past 48 hours

The only Team Check-In requirement is to verify that your team insurance is in force.  A copy of your insurance can be emailed to njheatfastpitch@gmail.com before 6:00 PM on the Friday before the event.  If you email to us, there is no check-in required the morning of the event.  If a copy is not emailed, please check your team in prior to your 1st game at the table in the common area.
